STATS

So many people have written asking me my stats and my lifts. So I thought it easier just to put them on a page for all to see. Please keep in mind that I am a bodybuilder first and foremost. My size, shape, and symmetry are most important to me. Yes the strength is addicting (big time!!), but being on stage competing is where I like to be, not on the sidelines nursing an injury.  People always ask me to try and max and just see what I could do for 1 or 2, though it has been tempting I haven’t tried.

Weight:
190 lb off Season
165 lb on stage

Chest:   42” (43 1/2” flexed in a lat spread)
Biceps: 15 ½” 16” pumped after training
Forearms:  13 ½” flexed
Quads:  26 ½”
Calves:  15 ½”

Benchpress: 205lb
Dumbbell Press:  100 lbs dumbbells (yes one in each hand, you would be surprised at how many people ask me that).
Legpress:  Over 1400 lbs X 10 reps
Squat:  270 lb
Curl: 60lb dumbbells

These lifts are all my max and I always do 6 for a max. I have never tried to just max out and see what I could do for 1 or 2 reps.  But, this may all change in the next year now that I am married to a power lifter.  I have been thinking about doing some strength training with him and maybe doing some power lifting or strong woman competitions.  What do you think?  Maybe one year of power and then come back on stage?????
