Arnold Classic 2005

This was my first time attending the Arnold Classic and some day I hope to be on stage at the Arnold (dare to dream big). I had the best time!!! I was like a kid in a candy store. I finally felt I belonged, LOL. When I go out some where (party, mall, beach) not everyone is accepting of my muscle. Well at the Arnolds I was in my element and it was AWESOME!!

I had photo shoots with Herbiceps and Boomerflex; they are a great bunch of guys. But guys next year there will be no off season pictures. I will be in contest shape when I show up for the shoot. I was introduced to and had a few Appletinis with Dena Westerfield Thursday night; she is a kick in the pants. The rest of the time I walked around and met some great people, made new friends and said hi to some old friends. I even got to meet Wesley Snipes at the after party in the club, very nice guy. I would have to say the highlight of the whole weekend was meeting Lenda Murray! She was so friendly and down to earth. I will be there again next year for sure. I have included a few pictures.

Al- this is a friend of mine I met over at the Post Naval Graduate School in Monterey while training with my sister he was in the Twin Labs Live like a Pro contest.

Chris Cook- I do have to say that Chris Cook was awesomely nice and Lenda Murray was the most inspirational to me, & to get a compliment from this lady made my whole weekend.

Dena Westerfield- Rocks! She is so fun and also a big inspiration. And Dena in another year or so I will take you up on that Sondgroth vs. Westerfield fight, LOL minus the Appletinis

Frank Zane- Very cool meeting Frank Zane my brother use to talk about him all the time and it was great to meet him.

Gerri Deach- Can’t wait to hang out at the USA’s with her and Nicole Berg, these ladies have watched me grow in the last year and have given me some sound advice, thanks.

Lauren Powers- Lauren wanted to interview the big girls, WHO ME?

Quincy Taylor - Met him at my first show and he is a sweetie

Stang- Me and my new car! Wouldn’t I look good in this ride?

Rob & Brian- Two very cool guys Dena introduced me to. Man this guy is RIPPED! And Rob it is ok to get on stage you can do it!

The Hulk- I had to take a picture with the Hulk, I mean really he is the hulk, LOL
